“Great work - my daughter's computer had been slow and mostly broken for a few years. Brought it in for a new battery, got a new drive with a perfect copy so everything still worked! And he cleaned up a few viruses/malware that crept on, startup processes that were not needed.And he was so fast, I didn't want to take it to Geek squad where they'd send it in, and we wouldn't have it for weeks. He had it done same day.Great communication, really describes things well. And yeah, very nice cats.“
