I have nothing but good things to say about this practice! The staff are responsive and helpful. I have seen Dr. Peyton for two separate issues and he is consistently kind, patient, and thorough. You can tell that he genuinely cares about his patients.
The health care providers are amazing! They are caring and competent! Be prepared to wait a long time for your appointment . The front desk is often dismissive , no smiles… I messaged and called and emailed and got no responses from anyone. A few days later they called me. One is made to feel quite insignificant by the staff at the front desk. Sometimes there’ll be a very kind person there, most times, not.
My honest review on this facility is a bit above average I felt like they did charge me for some appointments during physical therapy that weren't stated but they did see me and worked with me I did end up having an acl partial tear after a while it felt like I was left alone to do stuff on my own, but this could of been avoided if I just went and saw the doctor I think I really have no complaint really I guess just the experience. In some areas of charging the insurance it was a little sketch but idk that's my opinion. Thankyou Rebecca even though she was in and out the door she was quick and Concise.
