Everything was spotless (from top to bottom) and it was the first time ever that I didn't have to rearrange and clean additional items myself when the cleaners left. They brought their own supplies, but, are totally open to using yours (we provided our own hardwood floor cleaner). Elia does charge a bit more than average, but, it's definitely worth every penny - she even stopped by the day before the service to provide an estimate.
