When I called Anastasia, I was really overwhelmed and didn't even know to explain her what kind of help I was looking for. I needed pretty much help with everything around the clock. She told me she knew exactly what I needed, and she was absolutely right. On the first try, she was able to find a perfect match for our family, a wonderful caregiver - driving, English speaking, positive attitude, flexible, getting along with my son, and everything else I needed. Anastasia is sharp, efficient, productive, she knew how to identify my needs better than I myself, and she was right on top of it. I spoke to Anastasia on Friday morning, Saturday morning the caregiver started working and she is still with me for a long run hopefully. Everything was spotless (from top to bottom) and it was the first time ever that I didn't have to rearrange and clean additional items myself when the cleaners left. They brought their own supplies, but, are totally open to using yours (we provided our own hardwood floor cleaner). Elia does charge a bit more than average, but, it's definitely worth every penny - she even stopped by the day before the service to provide an estimate.
