i go to dr. Hirt when i go to california. i have always found his thoroughness impressive and his ability to look at the very big picture in terms of test results and really link up possibilities of what's going on, medically speaking. he orders tests we don't even have in NY! his office used to be much more chaotic and not very service oriented. the last time i was there- May 2023- it seemed like a big change had occurred: less wait time.. i got out of there speedily. he was much more present. i have done a couple of telehealth calls and they've also been good. My family and I have been treated by Dr Hirt for over a decade and know his practice. He's simply exceptional. Thorough and always on the cutting edge of offering the safest, most innovative treatments available. He's an outstanding primary care physician, NOT concierge. His office is way too busy to offer that type of service and has never priced or positioned himself that way. He does promote his supplements but only because they’re carefully curated based on self-use. I’m sincerely grateful to be under his care.

My experience with Dr Hirt and staff has been positive. Commencing 2008 he has been my primary MD. Having read through the reviews written by other patients you realize everyone comes in with different expectation. Mine was to retain a physician of Integrative Medicine and Dr. Hirt provides that caliber of care. Yes the office does have a revolving staff and each has individual personality however my observation over many years receiving service from front of and back of house staff is positive. Visiting the office this week for blood work I was assisted by Cindy, she could not have been more helpful, friendly and kind. Not an unusual or one off experience.
