Getting to the parking was a little tricky, but after that, it was smooth sailing. Everyone was friendly which counts. Getting an iPad instead of a stack of papers to fill out was appreciated. Why can't every medical office do that? Now, let's see if the issue clears up!
I had an excellent experience at Castle Dermatology Institute with Dr. Pedram. From my consultation through the procedure, Dr. Pedram was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to explain every step and answer all of my questions. I recently underwent subcision for acne scars, and I felt comfortable and well cared for throughout the entire process.
What I appreciate most is that Dr. Pedram focuses on creating a long-term treatment plan rather than offering a one-time procedure. Dr. Pedram is great! He's so nice and knows exactly the issue and recommendation. Front staff was friendly, nurses are nice. Sometimes wait time is long but usually Dr comes in pretty quickly. Easy, convenient location.
