“I came in for the first time today, and I'll definitely be back! Cesar gave me such a cute blowout today, not to mention THEE best scalp massage I've ever had. I showed him a couple pics of what I wanted my hair to look like and he delivered! All the hair products he used on me smelled sooooooo good. Usually my hair gets so frizzy and puffy after a couple hours but today was not the case. I can't wait to come back for a haircut and another blowout! He took his time with each section, layered, thinned it out, blow dried, and styled. I have never been so happy on a haircut, all the details and effort he put into doing this is just incredible.
