Very beautiful arrangement, timely delivery. I expressed my desires for the bouquet to be fuller in the front. They fulfilled that to the fullest. Definitely will use again for other flower needs. Thank u!

After 1-800-Flowers failed to make a same day delivery for 3 consecutive days(initial delivery, not new one), after finally get a live rep and demanding my $89.68 back, I swore never to use them again, they never even contacted me to say they couldn't fulfill the order and that they would get it done the next day. I tried to check the status at 8:00 am, their tracking system was not work the day passed I'm thinking the flowers have been delivered, I called until I could get a live person only to be told the florist said they were unable to get to it but they can tomorrow and won't charge you any additional, I was livid and said 'Hell No". One of the easiest 5 stars I can give. Without a doubt, this is easily my favorite flower shop as well as my go to. Their flowers are super fresh and always look amazing. Also, the same young florist that always helps me is definitely some sort of magician as she can make anything look beautiful and work with your budget. All pros and no cons type of place which is what I love.
