I had an appointment scheduled for Monday between 10:00 AM and 12:00 PM. By 11:41 AM, no one had arrived, so I called to check on the status. That’s when I was given an excuse that they were held up at another job due to a gas leak.

I understand that unexpected situations can happen, but what I don’t understand is the lack of communication. A simple call or message to let me know they were running late or needed to reschedule would have made a big difference. Instead, I was left waiting during my only day off.

I recently contacted Excellence in Air to inquire about installing a split system air conditioner. However, my experience with them was quite disappointing.

Not only did they inform me that installing a split system with air conditioning would be too much of a challenge for them, but they also suggested a wall unit instead. The wall unit they suggested was noisy and unsightly, and it would have been a significant compromise compared to what I was looking for.

Our bldg management sent them a work order over 3 weeks ago for a drip pan for an AC that overhangs my car in the carport and has been covering my car in pools of water. Excellence AC never showed up so I called management again. They sent a second work order to Excellence AC. Still no show. Finally at my insistence, management phone them last Thursday and were told that they were coming on Monday (today). I happened to go back to the carport @ 1:30 pm and there was an Excellence AC man.
