I bought a condo recently, and alpha termite was contracted by my real estate agent to check the place for termites and termite damage. They gave a reasonable estimate, and were very professional. I didn’t take termites seriously enough, so I let it sit for a year. That was a mistake. I started seeing termite droppings and knew that I needed help quickly. I called Alpha Termite and they came out a year later, did the work for the original estimate, and helped me get this all sorted within a week. I highly recommend Alpha Temite!! Arman and Rich we're great! We are remodeling our house, and I had less than 2 hours to find a reputable company that could come and 'termite proof' our house the next day. Rich collected my information, explained the process to apply Tim-Bor to our subfloor, provided a quote, and scheduled us for the next morning. Arman arrived on time and quickly got to work. He was professional, pulled on his coveralls, and finished in two hours. He cleaned everything up and was on his way. Thank you Rich and Arman!!
