He came to our home promptly, had a friendly, competent demeanor, quickly diagnosed the leak source and replaced the faulty valve under the bathroom sink, made a couple other minor repairs, cleaned up, and charged us a very fair price. We were very happy, especially after an awful experience with a different plumbing company. We'd like to give West Shore Plumbing six stars!“
