Jerry Vines exceeded my expectations! He is very competent and honorable.
Six months ago he did all the plumbing associated with a bathroom remodel.( Terrific work BTW.) A week ago I noticed a leak in the basement below the new bathroom. Jerry immediately came over to investigate. After two hours of testing he determined that none of his work was the culprit. BUT he wouldn’t take payment for his time. Instead he kept investigating and finally found the source….nothing to do with his work. Again, he did this and refused payment. An exemplary example of superb customer service. THANKS Jerry!!

We haven't actually used them, but twice we have needed their services, and both times the problem "fixed itself." Jerry got back to us right away and was very accommodating and sounded knowledgeable both times we spoke with him, whereas most of the Truckee contractor types don't even call back. Though we haven't used them, Tahoe Truckee Plumbing is remaining on the top of our list for when we do need them again!
