“This is going to be wordy, but I think it’s important to highlight my experience from start to finish. I moved from California to Colorado about 6 years ago. In California, talented artists are handed to you on a silver platter, but here in Colorado, you really have to do your homework. There are only a handful of truly talented artists out here, and most of them are locked behind corporate-feeling studios. When I found Conclave Art Studio, I thought I might be running into the same “corporate” vibe, but I immediately fell in love with the artwork, so I submitted an inquiry. Jeremiah’s wife, Jaime, contacted me within a few hours and was responsive and super friendly. A few days before my appointment, Jeremiah reached out and helped me dial in the concept I was going for (I had multiple tattoos that I was looking to cover with one large piece… which is a challenge when it comes to design, but he nailed it). When I got to the studio on my appointment day, I was met with a super relaxing, clean, private environment. For such a talented, high demand artist, Jeremiah was so down to earth, it felt like I’d known him for years! Without me having to say a word, he was aware of my pain levels throughout the session and took measures to make me as comfortable as possible. I have a couple sessions left to go before the piece is done, but I already know that this is going to be my absolute favorite piece of art on my body (his talent is off the charts)!!! “Best tattoo experience I have had! My tattoo artist was John Hudic (check out his Insta! He has some serious talent!). John has been the only tattoo artist I have had who really took his time to understand what exactly I wanted (first through email and then through a sit down session). He really listened and even took the time to see some more inspiration pictures I had.
When I returned and he showed me his design, he even went away for a little to give me space and time to really look at the design to make sure I felt comfortable and liked it.
Overall, I think my tattoo took about three full-day sessions. John made the sessions super chill. I felt like I could joke around with him and just talk, but he was also chill when I wanted to just watch my shows on my phone or go to sleep for a little while.
The studio itself is super cool as well and I can tell all of the artists are super talented. They even have a room for the artists to just work on their creative project like paintings or sculptures. They are AMAZING!
I’m a girl and got my leg tattooed (from my hip all the way to my ankle) and although I think it may have been easy to feel some kind of way in some tattoo studios, here it felt super safe, chill, and fun. With John you are truly hiring an artist and a professional. Could not recommend him more! (PS, I get stopped all the time by people at the gym or out in the street asking me who did that specific tattoo ?)“
