I recently did a guest spot at this shop, and what an incredible experience! The shop manager, Matt, went above and beyond to get me fully set up before I even walked in the door. Literally all I needed to bring was my machine, needles, and ink — they provided everything else and were incredibly accommodating. They even welcomed my client (who arrived way before I did) and had him all set up with paperwork and ready to go by the time I got there.

The shop is so welcoming and well set up and there's public parking close by which is really important to me because I don't like leaving my car anywhere that I can feel like it's unsafe and I'm just so happy to be here and the work that they do here is impeccable. Cierra is friendly, funny, smart and so so so talented!

Great tattoo experience at Outer Limits. Besides being an absolute legend, Kari Barba is an amazing artist. I sent her a small, grainy image of an octopus painting and she delivered a delicate and intricate piece with beautiful detail. I seriously can’t say enough to convey the level of expertise and precision that she has. My last tattoo that she did 15 years ago has stood the test of time and still looks great with the proper care she recommended.
The shop itself is extremely clean and well run. The booking experience was easy and very professional. Highly recommend her and Outer Limits.
