Where do I begin! This place is amazing! Let me begin by mentioning that I was a victim of fraud and someone used my bank card information due to a scam, and last night ordered a little over $200 to purchase form Element, I called the bank and they said Tuesday we could file a dispute to get our money back and file charges. I got a feeling to look up and call Element myself, mind you it was after 10:30 est time so after 7:30pm their time, the gentleman answered and I explained the situation, he informed me that they had already flagged it in their system because things didn’t match up! this is the only place i could find cute, well priced pink ink cups! the order came faster than expected, and they included 3 extra stickers with the order. i had perfect places for all of them! thank you guys!! i love stickers :)
