“I travel often and needed a quick alteration for a gifted dress I planned to wear to a black-tie wedding. I came to LIMPAH Cleaners on 2nd Street after seeing their great reviews, and Kenny kindly agreed to let the dress out before my flight. When I came back, there had been a misunderstanding, the dress was taken in instead and no longer fit. My heart sank, as this was my only dress and I was leaving that night.

Instead of just apologizing, Kenny and his wife went above and beyond. Late on a Friday evening, they fixed the alteration and personally drove the dress to my home at 8 p.m. so I’d have it before my red-eye. Yes, there was an inconvenience and a mistake, but what mattered most is that they made it right, and that kind of integrity speaks volumes.

I’m so grateful to Kenny and his wife for turning a stressful moment into an incredible act of service. I will definitely be bringing them my future business, because this is exactly the kind of local business worth supporting. I’m leaving 5 stars because while a mistake was made, the extraordinary effort to correct it and the act of service shown is what truly deserves recognition.“

“I wish I could give 10 stars. I had a beautiful (and expensive) skirt that was the victim of a HUGE spill at a wedding 1 yr ago (a mix of beer/wine/the works). I brought it to 3 different cleaners over the past year, but no one was able to get the stains out. I even had one place take the pleats out to clean it and repleat it but the stains didn’t budge. Harbour cleaners was my last stop before the dumpster, but they miraculously removed ALL of the stains and my skirt looks brand new!! Everyone there is also super friendly. Highly recommend.“

“I recently found Sang Soo Ne Cleaners near my home, and I’m so glad I did! The owner is incredibly sweet and always takes great care of my dry cleaning. What really impressed me even more is that they also clean shoes — and not just any shoes, but even high-end designer sneakers.

I brought in about 30 pairs of sneakers, many from brands like Chanel, Dior, and Gucci. The owner explained that because of the high value of these items, they outsource them for special care, and the cost is $35 per pair, which makes perfect sense given the extra attention and liability involved. For regular shoes like Converse, the price is $20. Prices seem to vary a bit depending on the shoe's complexity — for example, a pair of New Balance sneakers with a lot of detailing also cost $35.

When I got all my wife’s shoes back, I was thrilled — every pair came back in fantastic condition! They looked fresh, clean, and well cared for. I will definitely continue coming back to Sang Soo Ne Cleaners for all my dry cleaning and shoe cleaning needs. Highly recommend!“

They are open early in the morning which is super helpful. I just picked up a skirt that had an unknown stain and the owner told me they had to clean it 3x to get the stain out - but they took care of it!!
