“I lived in a loft in DTLA that had no screens so lo and behold, I had a moth situation. And expensive sweaters. Which was devastating. I started out taking a few sweaters to test the waters and see how they'd turn out. Thus far, I've taken in easily 15 cashmere, mohair and various wool blend sweaters with multiple holes and the work has been stellar. As well as the cleaning. What's more they actually care that you're happy. That's huge to me. I've had more than a few bad dry cleaner experiences so I'm very trepidatious. And my UGGs? The ones my cat decided to mark his territory on? Well, they were unwearable. Or so I thought. But now they look amazing. You can't even tell they were ever marked. No stains. No smells. Almost like brand new! And to think I threw out my last pair! Ugh indeed. So glad I found this place!“
