Our dog Roxie has been seen by tons of vets over the years but he was the first to notice the health issues that were so apparent after he explained them to us. He is the only vet I know that truly cares for your pets well being and is realistic and reasonable with treatment options. “We had a really good experience at Primary Care Animal Hospital. Our dog started having blood in her urine and was trying to pee but nothing would come out. Our regular vet initially gave antibiotics and medication, and he said if it happens again, we should take her to the hospital for more test as he was thinking there was something in her bladder like stones. When the symptoms returned a week later, we knew we had to take her to the hospital. Since our usual clinic doesn’t offer urgent care, we searched and found this hospital on Google.

They were able to see us the same day. The front desk staff was very kind and welcoming, and even though the place is currently remodeling, everything still felt organized and efficient. They performed an X-ray and urinalysis, found a bladder stone, and clearly explained the situation and treatment options. Because the stone was too large to pass naturally, surgery was recommended. They walked us through the procedure, provided a clear estimate, and scheduled surgery for the very next day.

The entire visit took about 3 hours, and we felt our dog was in very good hands the whole time. She is now on the road to recovery, and we’re so grateful for the care she received. We also appreciate that this hospital is closer to home — we’ve definitely found our new vet.

The office is also impressively efficient—scheduling was seamless, and they went above and beyond to make my dog feel loved and safe. They’ve recently remodeled, and the new space is absolutely stunning. It’s one of the biggest and most luxurious veterinary offices I’ve ever seen, with an open lobby, marble accents, adorable animal portraits, and an ambiance you don’t usually find in vet clinics. It’s refreshing to see such a clean, beautiful, and thoughtfully designed space.

While my dog was getting bloodwork and X-rays, the manager even took me on a tour of the facility so I could see their new technology and future plans for the space, which was such a nice touch. On surgery day, drop-off was smooth, and I loved the early drop-off option—it made it easy to work around my schedule. Pickup was just as seamless.

“This was my first time visiting this veterinary office. I was bringing in a stray cat that I had to trap to be looked at. And the office was very accommodating. When I walked in the office was absolutely spotless, which isn't usually the case in a veterinary office naturally with animals running all over the place. The staff were welcoming and assisted me with the stray cat so that he could be examined. I really had a great experience from start to finish at this office. I would recommend coming here for your fur babies and or strays that you just don't have the heart to watch suffer. ❤️“

“i feel like i know of a hidden treasure coming to this place and i almost don’t want to write this review lest anything changes when an influx of people flock! but, you need to know. this place is legitimately the best vet ever. not only are they open basically all day, but their prices are very reasonable, and more than that their staff—especially Chloe, a caretaker for boarding—is phenomenal. i have a deaf blind 75lb puppy w lots of energy and they figured out a way to safely entertain him while i leave him for dayboarding. he literally needs to be dragged out of the facility bc he wants to stay! i just love it here and want to give each and every staff person from receptionist to vet a shout out. “Dr. Ally is fabulous! I have been bringing my 2 Frenchies here for many years for vaccines, bee stings, ear infections, leg injuries, and skin issues. I appreciate that Dr Ally gives me several treatment options, when applicable, because sometimes starting conservative does the trick without having to order expensive blood work, X-rays, etc. Being open 7 days a week is a blessing for those that work full time.“

And As soon as i made that call and the lady answered it. I knew right away that this was the right place for my dog's final journey.
