I was initially hesitant about going to a new vet and worried about being charged for unnecessary treatments, but this ended up being a great experience from start to finish.
I called last minute and was able to get a same day appointment within 30 minutes. The online intake form was quick and easy to complete. I was greeted promptly when entering and waited in the lobby for maybe two minutes before being seen by both the vet tech and the veterinarian.
The staff were professional, kind, and efficient. Noey, the vet tech, kept the visit friendly and handled my dog with genuine care. The doctor was down-to-earth, straightforward, and transparent with no pressure for unnecessary labs or workups. My dog was treated promptly and sent home with medication the same day.
The appointment was simple, quick, and honest. I will definitely be coming back.“

Veterinary Clinic, 1036 W El Camino Real, Sunnyvale“I brought my 2-year old Persian cat to this place for stenotic nare surgery (his nose job I've been calling it). Not only is this one of the few places in the Bay Area that offer a cost-effective stenotic nare surgery (it was ~$2.5k and for the record VCA quoted me >$5k) but they did SUCH an excellent job and took care of my cat so well. AND HE BREATHES SO GOOD NOW! They gave me a variety of medication to bring home (pain relievers, anti-inflammatory meds, and antibiotics) that was included in the cost and they even called after to check up on the cat. I honestly would recommend this hospital to everyone needing the same surgery done on their cat. Mr Grumpy is doing great after the surgery, recovering well, and breathing so good.
I'm just blown away how good the surgery looks, I thought my cat's face would look mangled or gross but I keep looking and it's like I can't tell he even got surgery.“

Dr. Henken is so lovely and so patient we did a procedure for our dog, which was very smooth and they do great follow up and they’re very available for any questions. I highly highly recommend.“

Another doctor & clinic wanted to extract all my cat's teeth because of gum disease. Cat is only 18 months old!. Dr Saggi otoh was willing to try much less aggressive treatment with great results so far. Always get a second opinion!!“
