I had my second treatment at the Sunnyvale Infusion Center and I am very satisfied with the service. My nurse Anna Wong deserves a daisy award for making me comfortable and the regimen went smoothly. She said she is just doing her job but she went above and beyond. I was also happy to meet the charge nurse Lydia who helped Anna. I am looking forward to my next treatment so I can see them again. Thank you!Update: I had my 6th and final (already claiming it In Jesus name) chemo today and I truly appreciate the nurses who took care of me. Nurses Gerald, Lydia, And Anna are consistent in being awesome!

So lets face it, even if healthy going to a hospital is no bueno. It can take time, its literally full of sick people, and can be expensive. We needed my son to be seen quickly before he left for school. Since our main PAMF location was booked we chose this one as it had appointment that day. It seems to be a newer location. Plenty of parking, helpful staff, and they got us in and out as quickly as possible. You cannot ask for more than that

This review is for Paula who draws blood. This is the second time I've seen Paula for a blood draw. I've had some very bad experiences in the past and am hyper-anxious. Paula noticed this, and did hr best to put me at ease. She used a baby needle, even though it took longer to draw 6 vials of blood. Paula was very soothing and reassuring, calm, and humorous. I hardly felt her insert the needle. She kept checking in that I was OK throughout the 2-3 minutes of the blood draw. There was no huge black and blue mark at the point where blood was drawn, as there has been in the past. Just a very tiny red mark the size of the head of a pin. I walked out 15 min after I walked in, pretty happy with the whole experience. Linda at the front desk was also very pleasant, and efficient.
