Great location but the service was inconsistent. Optometrist did a good job; employees in the reception and glasses selection area were either very nice or somewhat brash. I heard a senior assistant telling a junior one “not for him” while preparing the goodie bag items during eyewear pick-up. I would be hesitant coming back again but some of them were great at least.

Update:Jessica from Dr. Gold's office called me and mentioned that this is not how it should have happened. They are doing everything they can and are already in talk with Tom Ford for replacement. I really appreciate the effort and time they took to fix this issue.Original:I have been their customer since 2019. Until today, I have always had helpful service. Today, I went to claim warranty on a 6 month old pair of Tom Ford sunglasses where the trim had come off. When I purchased these glasses, I was told that there is a 1 year warranty against all manufacturing defects.
