“I went in twice to get a thorough evaluation of their service. The first time I went in they charged me $30 for a haircut and I gave a $5 tip. Before me there was a guy there getting a trim and they charged him $15 for it. So I figured okay. I'll pay full price for the haircut this time. Then I'll come back in a couple of weeks and get a trim. But when I came back two weeks later and asked for a trim, they started playing the what is a trim, I don't know what a trim is, do you want a haircut game. And sure enough they charge me $30 for a full haircut after giving me a routine trim. So this guy that came in before me the first time got a trim for 15 bucks and I can't get a trim for 15 bucks, barber acting like he doesn't even know what a trim is. That is visibly discriminatory and I will not be going back.“
