This is my first time here, and one of the best haircut experiences I’ve ever had. As an Asian man, I’ve found it difficult to find barbers that felt confident in giving me a haircut that suits my hair type and face, but I definitely found it here!The owner of the salon was so incredibly thorough, and took a lot of time just to plan her approach to giving me what I wanted. She clearly is an artist at heart, and so detail oriented. She went 30 minutes over my appointment just to make sure everything was perfect. I got the VIP package (haircut, styling, facial, face/head/shoulder/neck massage, manicure, pedicure) a few weeks ago and it was an amazing experience.I was really busy and stressed out about work, and this was an incredibly relaxing experience. Hang does amazing work!It's a single chair in a room which is cleaned between clients for covid safety.I had a picture of a celebrity's hair and Hang not only cut and tamed my hair into that style, but also asked me if she could slightly modify the hairstyle to suit my face shape(!), which was a great attention to detail.My family said I looked five years younger afterwards, and my confidence has gone up because I'm so happy with...read full review

First time customer today, extremely pleased. Incredible attention to detail, relaxing environment, and Hang was a delight to chat with. I was also provided some tips for the health of my hair, Hang recommended coconut oil. In my opinion, the most enriching customer experience you can possibly have is one that feels sincere and personal, and is the antithesis of transactional. Aura Salon hit the nail right on the head.
