I passed out during the night and fell hard and fast on the bathroom floor. Waking up I immediately knew I was out of alignment. I was in a lot of pain. I made an appointment a few days later when I realized I was not getting any better. Something was off. Not broken ribs, I knew that… but I needed help. I called the office and was able to be seen that day. when I arrived at the office and explained my symptoms I was treated with the best care and advice. I am a regular Pilates reformer gal so a few days after the adjustment, I was told to let my body rest, when I returned to Pilates class I was thrilled to find my range of motion was so much better then before I fell. And no pain. No pain!!!
