I walked into Planet Beauty in Studio City with an item that had been given to me as a gift. It had stopped working and I was hoping to exchange it. Unfortunately, they did not have any more of the item in stock. Pao went above and beyond to contact her rep and had a replacement sent directly to my home! SHe made she it was the exact color and the new one came within a few days!
Customer service like this is rare these days. Please support this store...I know I will continue to do so. THANK YOU, Planet Beauty and Pao! 10 stars!

Brian was really helpful and very professional but always makes me happy when I see him. I went to go see him with my uncle and he is the personification of sunshine. Pao is also very helpful and knows her products very well. Whatever she recommends me, I love! PLEASE KEEP THEM!!!
