I had such a great experience at Sephora thanks to Chao! She was incredibly patient and kind while helping my mother shop for higher end makeup for the first time. She took the time to explain everything thoroughly, from how to properly prep her skin to foundation recommendations that would work best for her.

Chao was super polite, well spoken, and made the whole experience feel welcoming and comfortable instead of overwhelming. You can really tell she cares about helping customers feel confident and informed. I highly recommend asking for Chao if you need guidance or makeup recommendations she did an amazing job!

Amanda was so helpful! She helped me color match my concealer and foundation, and suggested a great moisturizer for my eczema prone skin. Made for a great shopping experience, would absolutely go to her again.
