I went to Jen Christie yesterday and it was a wonderful session. Some mixed up emotions, contradictory feelings that I have toward my family needed to be clear for me. I wanted to make a distinction about my behavior and understand myself a little better. Is it guilt that driving my behavior or is it love? I had ambivalent feelings.
Things that Jen mentioned during our session was like an epiphany. I actually left with some notes that I took from our session and I’m reading my notes today in the morning, and writing them in my journal.
I’m truly grateful to Jen.

Jen has created the most beautiful journals and work books, that really help you discover yourself through them. They have detailed soothing designs that calm your mind while looking at them. I appreciate the specific wording of these books and you can feel Jen's warm and empowering approach to self discovery shining through them. Highly recommend getting your hand on these gems.
