I needed my watch battery replaced, so, I stopped by their kiosk in the Weberstown Mall. They said they could do it. Unfortunately, after their having spent several minutes looking at my watch, they determined that it wasn’t the battery, but something else was wrong with it. After asking if I needed to pay anything, they nicely said no. I thanked them for their time, and asked for their business card, because, if there is a time in the future that I’m looking for a jeweler, I will come back.

Highly recommend love the attitude aswell as the relationship you build with your jeweler been in a few tight situations when birthdays have come up Christmas ETC and my jeweler always found a way to be reasonable with me and straight forward 10 out of 10 experience i have a few pieces from this jewler in general and I do plan on getting more
