“I needed my watch battery replaced, so, I stopped by their kiosk in the Weberstown Mall. They said they could do it. Unfortunately, after their having spent several minutes looking at my watch, they determined that it wasn’t the battery, but something else was wrong with it. After asking if I needed to pay anything, they nicely said no. I thanked them for their time, and asked for their business card, because, if there is a time in the future that I’m looking for a jeweler, I will come back.“
