I was directed to this jewelry by Devons because I had some jade pieces that needed repair and very few jewelers do this type of work. Francisco was very friendly and helpful. He fixed my jade infinity ring which needed soldering in 2 places and took apart my jade bracelet cleaned and re-epoxied it back together. Both pieces looked beautiful upon pick up., just like new. I want to thank Treasure Island for their expert work on my family heirloom pieces. I will be definitely use this company again.

I took a watch for a battery change. An employee cleaned the back with a liquid and dried with air. I put it on and it left a stain on my skin and moisture. Hopefully it was dry in the inside. Also, the employee suggested to change the o-ring. I had gotten watch batteries changed here so I trusted them. I asked what was wrong with it but didn’t get an answer. I took it and inspected it. It looks fine. The employee told me that he could glue it but there is nothing to glue. I was charged $10 for what is probably a few cents and it was probably not necessary. Hopefully my watch is okay. I’m saving the receipts just in case.

I took a Bracelet to get fixed as it snapped off, the owner returned it to me Damaged and melted on parts of my Bracelet, Please dont go here if you want to risk your Precious Jewels.
