I walked in without an appointment for a manicure and was immediately greeted by Kelly. She recommended a color closest to the picture I showed her and it was nearly exact. I appreciated Kelly for her attention to detail. She did not rush working on my nails and took the time to focus on the design I wanted. She was honest with me about her skills and told me she had never done the flower design I requested and that it may not come out like the picture I showed her. Kelly carefully painted on the flower and it was identical ! She also waxed and shaped my eyebrows, quickly and painless. So I went to this place because I was given a gift card of $100 so I said why not. I asked for a basic mani pedi gel on my nails regular on my toes. they were very insistent on me changing the service and upgrading so as I mentioned, I got a gift card so I said OK I’ll do it because from what I had saw I didn’t like it and I wouldn’t be coming back so I did the upgrades when they opened up instruments. I noticed that they were not sterilized and I asked to see the pouch and he acted like he didn’t understand me, but I did get to see the pouch afterwards and they in fact the instruments were not sterile, which is concerning because they’re taking off all these...read full review
The person who did my pedicure was attentive and neat. The person who did my manicure did a good job but was loudly talking with another customer, distracted and complained that my nails are too short. The menu price for the one step mani and pedi did not match the price I was charged at the register. Just an okay experience.
