I've had a ton of massages in my life, but this one was on a whole nother level. I usually book deep tissue because I deal with stubborn knots, and while other places have been okay, nothing compared to this. Irene worked through every knot on my back with such precision and skill - it honestly felt expert level. She found areas I didn't even realize needed attention and found the perfect balance between relaxing and effective. HIGHLY recommend!
I’ve been looking for a good massage therapist for awhile now and I have found the one! Irene did a phenomenal job getting my body’s knots out, stretching me and loosening up my body. She knows where all the pressure points are and is super strong! I will definitely be going back!
OMG! I have been to Monets art of Massage three times now and each time has gotten better and better. Irene is a master at what she does and knows exactly how treat your body. It's almost intuitive, outside of any obvious knots you may or may not have. She knows what pressure to apply and is definitely cognizant of her strength (she's very strong by the way). "She's small but mighty" as my grandmother would say. I don't recall what type of massage she specializes in because it felt like a mix of Swedish/Shiatsu/Reflexology. These are my terms not hers. I also feel like she can do really deep tissue if you needed that. I just didn't require it. I can't wait to book again.
