This is a great place to exercise, learn ways to defend and protect yourself and meet some great people with similar interests. I'm enjoying feeling the boost in energy and excitement for class.
My son and I attend together and we have learned so much very quickly. The Shifus and students are very friendly and it truly feels like a family when you go there. Shi Gung Byrd is always ready to answer questions and really cares about each student and keeps the studio looking great. I personally enjoy every minute of it because it builds your confidence and you get an excellent workout both physically and mentally.
Great school, teachers really know their stuff. Good classes for kids and adults alike. The yoga studio is a great addition for some relaxation, the weekend classes are great. Highly recommend.
