Sonia was very helpful when I ordered my glasses. I have four pair. She gave me tips to know, when I pick up a pair of glasses that I need. Readers, sun glasses, or everyday glasses. Put a small piece of tape on the inside of the arms of glasses. Maybe different colors on each pair. This was a very cool idea. Thank you Sonia, I appreciate you. A wonderful associate, fitted my new glasses. And a tip about glasses. 🤓

When my wife and I went to Kaiser Permanente Optical Dept. we were greeted by a very pleasant and helpful receptionist. The receptionist directed us to the specialist Vanessa Bautista. Vanessa Bautista was very courteous, polite, helpful and knowledgeable. She guided us every step of the way! In my honest opinion, VANESSA BAUTISTA IS A GEM OF THE KAISER PERMANENTE OPTICAL DEPARTMENT.

I stopped by on my way back from the pharmacy to possibly see about picking up a pair of glasses from my prescription for reading, but wasn’t sure if it was going to be a hassle. Sometimes I just drop by to look and see if maybe I can get something done without it being a long wait or a lot of effort. Wow, today was the day because everyone in this department was there to help! I registered, picked a pair of frames, had my prescription set, ordered my glasses and paid in less than 30 minutes. Amazing!
