Reported to State Licensing. Will not provide a contract or tell customers of their rights. Fails to obtain permits. Sends several guys to makeup work not needed. Will damage ducks so owners have to repair them. Stoled equipment from my property and damaged my ring thinking they were not caught. They weren't counting on my neighbors to have cameras who caught the actions. And priced gauged on equipment purchased. Left a gas leak and did not take accountability for their actions.

Home Warranty company contacted these people to do a job and they came out, took their $75 co-pay, did not fix heating issue properly and said to call PG&E since it was a low gas pressure problem(PG&E came out and said there was definitely NO problem with the gas pressure). They never left a receipt as they said they would send through email but never did and would not return calls.

Scheduled during summer to get our HVAC replaced. We were put off for several weeks at least-due to our home warranty. Alliance finally came out and replaced the unit. We just recently attempted to use the heater portion of the unit- and it sounded like a jet landing on our roof. The owner of the company said they would come out and see what is going on. We have been put off for FOUR weeks now. No one has called and we asked for service on November 7th. Still no one has called to schedule with us. They had an appointment finally for today at 11:00. They CALLED us to tell us TODAY that we had to call and deal with the home warranty company. This has ZERO to do with the home warranty company- this unit should be repaired by the company who installed it to begin with. Here we are STILL on 11/29 with a heater that doesn't work. Unacceptable.
