“Long wait times, but worth it. Was very happy with the level of care I received. I see other people are upset by their experience here. I can only say, if you've been to an ER or other health facility recently, I would rate this Concentra location in the upper quartile. I think there are shortages everywhere in Bay Area locations, so no matter where you go, be prepared for some delays, mix-ups, etc. No matter where you go, be polite, but also be ready to advocate for yourself.”
