“Long wait times, but worth it. Was very happy with the level of care I received. I see other people are upset by their experience here. I can only say, if you've been to an ER or other health facility recently, I would rate this Concentra location in the upper quartile. I think there are shortages everywhere in Bay Area locations, so no matter where you go, be prepared for some delays, mix-ups, etc. No matter where you go, be polite, but also be ready to advocate for yourself.“

“I visited the urgent care clinic yesterday evening (after hours) because my daughter was sick.
The experience was excellent from start to finish. We were seen very quickly—the process was fast and efficient, which is exactly what we needed when managing a sick child.
Dr. Jully was wonderful. She was very nice and provided excellent care. She was clearly knowledgeable and had a great bedside manner, making sure both my daughter and I were comfortable and understood the situation.
