Crissy has changed my life. I had the pleasure of meeting her a few years ago. I was overwhelmed, stressed out, and quite angry at life. She introduced me to Ayurveda, herbs, and breath work to help my fiery Pitta personality cool down. I just love being around her and after our sessions together I feel calm, energized, and so very grateful to have met her in life. Crissy is knowledgable, passionate about natural healthcare, and a truly amazing human. I cannot express how grateful I am to have her as my health and wellness practitioner.

Wow. What a hidden mountain gem for massage and body work. Came in feeling worked from a few days of mountain biking and am now completely rejuvenated. Had many many massages all over the world and this was in the top ten for sure. Catherine is amazing. And the studio was quite relaxing. Definitely coming back!

THE BEST EVER! Literally can not sing enough praises for Mallory the Massage Therapist. As a fellow Therapist, I can honestly say she is one of the most talented, kind-hearted, and caring MT's I've ever encountered. Her thoroughness and genuineness makes her the absolute best in our field. I will never go to anyone else-my body would never forgive me, lol.
