I had the greatest experience at elevate. I have been looking for holistic ways to help my tension headaches and decided to try out Craniosacral Therapy with Janine. First off, walking into Elevate was such a warm and welcoming experience. Both of the women at the desk were extremely kind and informative. I have nothing but great things to say about this facility! The receptionist Chelsea was so kind and helpful. She explained to me all the amazing treatments the facility has to offer. I ended up going with the deluxe acupuncture facial with Tracy. It was a different experience compared to what I have tried in the past, but it really opened up my eyes to functional and traditional Chinese medicine. Tracy also gave me wonderful advice on how to help my acne and detox my liver after going off birth control. If you’re ever in South Lake Tahoe, definitely check out the Elevate Wellness Center you won’t regret it!

Go see Monica for a 2 hour massage. She does mixed modalities; scraping (Gua shua?), cupping, traction, stretching, deep massage. Very talented massage therapist! Thank you Monica! I had a 2 hour massage earlier this year with her and again yesterday and I will make a point to see her every time I come to town.
