My 2001 VW Eurovan's ignition cylinder broke while we were visiting my granddaughter in Aptos. We called so many service stations in the area but only found two that would even look at it. It was Sunday and we were suppose to head home first thing Monday morning. Dave answered the phone early Monday morning, we explained our situation and urgency (due to my need to be back for my 93 yr old mother), and he said "tow it here". We did and Dave stopped everything and spent 4-5 hours making it so we could turn on and off the Randy Van (as it is known).
