My car had over heating issues, so I went in looking for car services. A gentleman named Luis Flores helped me fix this issue. He was VERY polite & professional! He had my car fixed in no time. 10/10 recommend!

I have had pretty bad luck with Dodge service. We have done all services through South Bay Dodge dealership and never had a great experience (half the places I could never get on the phone, even when my run flat failed on the freeway). I scheduled my appointment with Santa Cruz and ended up working with Mark. Everyone we met was friendly, efficient, fast service, and thorough. I would absolutely recommend this dealership for service and will be taking both Dodge cars here from now on and hopefully continuing to work with Mark or Luis (or originally planned advisor)!
