“I own McCandless Painting in Sonora/Groveland and we’ve turned to Pinnell’s many times for our and our customer’s carpeting needs. This has ranged from full replacements to small repairs.

Most recently and why I felt compelled to write a review, we called Pinnell’s needing tack strip installed around a new cabinet we installed, and the carpet stretched back into place to the new strip. They were able to use a local contact to get us taken care of the SAME DAY! Nothing short of exceptional. Not sure they can always get to it that fast, but even once in a blue moon will keep us coming back.
