We traveled from Nashville for the wedding and I wanted to find a local dry cleaner to clean and press our family’s wedding wear. I called ahead last week and Wash 101 was recommended by another area dry cleaner because they do their own cleaning and could do the cleaning within a pretty quick turnaround. Wash 101 has been so wonderful to work with! I called ahead and spoke with who I believe is the owner (it is a small family business—another plus as we always like to support local businesses!). He was so kind and friendly and they completed the cleaning in time for the wedding events. The cost was also very reasonable. Instead, they finished them and charged me for shirts I ultimately cannot wear. They deserve to be paid for the effort so I paid the charge. I'll try them again. They texted me when the clothes were ready. I like the way they run their business. They were also very nice in the way I was handled. I'll update as I gain more experience with them.“

They told me there was a chance they would fall off. I understood, but I needed the dress fixed anyway. When I got the dress, I was so happy to see that every single rhinestone was gone and it looked brand new! I was so impressed. They also cleaned my sneakers and they looked better than new.
