“I was in the Carlsbad area from Pennsylvania in July 2026 to elope with my now-husband. Everything was planned somewhat last-minute, and I had ordered him a suit online. Unfortunately, the suit wasn’t going to arrive before we had to leave Pennsylvania, so I had it shipped to the resort where we were staying.

Thankfully, the suit arrived and everything fit my husband perfectly—except the pants needed to be hemmed. I searched for dry cleaning and alteration services nearby and am so grateful that I found Carlsbad Dry Cleaners Club!

I initially called to ask if they offered hemming services, and I spoke with the sweetest lady on the phone. I let her know that I would be stopping by to drop off the pants, and when we arrived, we were greeted by the same kind lady I had spoken with on the phone. She had my husband try the pants on so she could measure exactly how much they needed to be shortened.

The whole process was quick and easy, and she asked when we needed them. We explained that we needed them by the next morning around 10:00 AM because we were actually getting married later that afternoon. She told us she would have them ready, without hesitation. I believe she mentioned that under normal circumstances it would have taken a few days because she had other garments to work on, so we truly appreciated her accommodating us on such short notice.

When we returned the next morning to pick up the pants, we were running about an hour behind schedule, but she was incredibly understanding and didn’t mind at all. She happily handed us the finished pants, and we were charged only about $25, which I thought was absolutely reasonable considering how quickly she was able to get them done for us.

If she hadn’t been able to hem those pants on such short notice, we definitely would have been in a pickle before our wedding! 😂 I am genuinely so grateful that we happened to find this shop when we needed help, and even more grateful for the kindness, professionalism, and wonderful demeanor of the woman who helped us. Thank you so much for helping make our wedding day a little less stressful! ❤ God bless you!
