Great service. Been going here for years. At this point just have a running tab with them half the time. Amazing attitude as well to my children when they come in and are acting crazy.

I dropped off a pair of suit pants for dry cleaning in early November. I went back in early February (holidays and new baby \u003d big delay) and the pants were missing/gone. I understand they have a policy about not being responsible after xx days, and I do take responsibility for that part. But I never received a call and I don't know what happened to the pants? It was suggested I had already picked them up, which I assured her was incorrect. She said she would check the back and give me a call over the weekend. She never called and when I went back to check, she once again said that maybe I had picked them up. I asked if there was any type of credit or customer service given the scenario. That wasn't an option and I'm not sure there was ever an apology. Overall, while I take ownership of going back past the guaranteed time, it still feels like bad business and I will use a different place for dry cleaning in the future.
