“I was lucky enough to do my physical therapy at Altitude with Chellee. The facility is in a quiet, beautiful setting. There is plenty of parking.
Chellee is very personable and organized. Her greatest strength, in my opinion, is her desire to help you. She listens and tries many exercises and activities to find the correct mix to really help. We did NOT just do the same thing every time. We continued what worked and tweaked other exercises to pinpoint what I needed - it was not cookie cutter. She was also hands on using massage, stretching, Ultra sound, etc.

“The gym and steam room were great. Spa was clean, well stocked and relaxed. My masseuse was okay, definitely wouldn't classify it as deep tissue. My husband said his masseur was great. I would go back and probably request a different masseuse. I would love to make steam rooms a more frequent part of my routine.“
