I tried a series of Mind Calm classes with Kym. She is a knowledgeable, well spoken educator. She runs her classes on time with a lot of content in every class. Her style of teaching is interactive with all the students, it is interesting, relaxing, fun and healing. This new experience for my busy, overloaded mind worked wonders for me. I’m able to process situations and thoughts from an improved prospective. A need for change, control, or judgement has been replaced with the tools to give me a sense of peace, calm, and love. I have multiple chronic injuries that have been recommended for surgery. In seeing Kim regularly (once a month and now twice a month), I have managed to stay functional and pain free. Her massage is a completely different experience. She incorporates energy work with a keen understanding of anatomy to impact my body in a way that no one else can. The experience is pleasant and she is a gem. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
