This is healing facility is exactly what the mountain has been missing! The modalities offered here have been short of a miracle for my healing process. The PEMI/PEMF mat and the red light therapy after just 2 weeks of using has helped improve my sleep from a 12 year history of insomnia, my overall energy by helping the mitochondria of my cells restore, and also my severe low back pain during menstruation. I had also broke my foot before starting treatments and the red light had almost instantly stopped my pain after just 2 weeks of injury. So grateful to have a health spa in Lake Arrowhead. VitaNova has such a great selection of treatments, the staff is so wonderful and I love that they are always looking to offer new treatments.
