Have been able to do the red light therapy, almost ten sessions now and my body’s skin is becoming ageless. I use the anti-aging setting option and I highly recommend it to my young thirty year old friends.

I am a Vita Nova member. I do PEME & Red Light three times a week. It has helped me heal from broken ankle & fractured vertebrae. It helps remove inflammation from my body & helps my brain think more clearly. Billy (owner) is so knowledgeable about so many areas of health. Its great when I can pick her brain about nutrition. Aurora & Christina are wonderful & explain all the treatments fully. Yvonne can work miracles with massage. Lisa gives the best facials. The Ivy ladies are a great fit with vitamin B & other shots which really give me a boost. The quality of my life has improved greatly since I've been going. So grateful to have a health spa in Lake Arrowhead. VitaNova has such a great selection of treatments, the staff is so wonderful and I love that they are always looking to offer new treatments. They really care about helping their clients contemplate their health goals and supporting them to achieve those goals.
