“I was lucky enough to do my physical therapy at Altitude with Chellee. The facility is in a quiet, beautiful setting. There is plenty of parking.
Chellee is very personable and organized. Her greatest strength, in my opinion, is her desire to help you. She listens and tries many exercises and activities to find the correct mix to really help. We did NOT just do the same thing every time. We continued what worked and tweaked other exercises to pinpoint what I needed - it was not cookie cutter. She was also hands on using massage, stretching, Ultra sound, etc.

“Friendly staff. Clean showers, love all the different faucet angles inside the showers. The jacuzzi was really nice and all jets working well. Clean throughout. The older lady that works inside cleaning and picking up is very nice and super friendly.
There’s so many different towels in sizes to choice from..There’s lockers, clean bathrooms Changing rooms.
My complaint would be that the sauna is kept super hot, I couldn’t sit nor last inside but 10 seconds, hard to breath, and I had to go out, it was towards closing hours and I was rushing out that I didn’t get to speak to someone out the heat inside.“
