Really bad experience I saw Dr Floam she’s amazing listens to concerns you have but the assistant Raúl horrible horrible attitude he lacks knowledge and professionalism I don’t understand how he is in healthcare he has the most stuck up attitudes and doesn’t seem to care! this isn’t the first time the assistants have nasty attitudes! They seem like they don’t want to be there and took forever to get my discharge paperwork !
Really bad experience from this clinic. Called and canceled my appointment just one day before the appointment date which I’ve made it 2 months ago! And they don’t have any available appointments for the next 30 days!!! Unbelievable!!! I definitely would not recommend this clinic! Non of the visits were good,the doctors didn’t care, they’re just working for paid! Good luck if you are the patient there!
I've been going here for awhile and over the years have had many issues but this most recent one was really bad. I saw my doctor cause I was having back issues so they took a X-ray and found bone spurs no surprise cause I have them in both my shoulders. What upset me is I had the doctor put in a referral for an open MRI since I'm very claustrophobic still in a lot of pain and I like to know what is going on with my back and my sides. So she put request in July 11 to Referal Dept. So after calling the referral department and getting no response after about a month went by and I haven't heard anything I messaged my doctor on the portal kind of complaining as to why it was taking so long so somebody from the Referal Dept. called me and said they were working on things and that she would try to put it on someone's desk that could maybe rush it along, but we're already in September and nothing I called this Monday only to find out, but they haven't even put the order in so one of the girls did and said to call Friday they would have an answer. I'm still waiting a couple more weeks. The nurse from my doctor just called me Friday, but there was nothing she could really do since they had sent in the referral back in July. It's just kind of ridiculous so much red tape what's taking so long while I suffer here in pain, just wanting to know some answers as to what's going on with me
