I was on a phone call with 988 and they transferred me to this line to talk about medications. Instead the man who picked up, Dr. Barry, made me feel like my problems didn’t matter since he started talking about his life experiences and how his life was hard compared to mine. I even said on the call that I didn’t feel comfortable sharing certain information, and he still pried into the details, saying he was trying to help me. The crisis line made me feel like I was doing better, but he just made everything worse.
EXTREMELY rude staff. Man, I just came to dispose of some sharps and these ladies were so unnecessarily rude to me. Instead of just listening to my words, they just cut me off and told me they don’t take old medicine. They are listed on the Ventura County website for sharps disposal. So I was confused. When I told her that I researched it and this is what it says she acted even more rudely about it. Just don’t ever expect this staff to treat you with respect or humanity.
Really bad experience I saw Dr Floam she’s amazing listens to concerns you have but the assistant Raúl horrible horrible attitude he lacks knowledge and professionalism I don’t understand how he is in healthcare he has the most stuck up attitudes and doesn’t seem to care! this isn’t the first time the assistants have nasty attitudes! They seem like they don’t want to be there and took forever to get my discharge paperwork !
